Our systems are meticulously designed and documented. After implementation, we conduct thorough checks and share the corresponding documentation with you. Thanks to our SOLID approach, all components are labeled down to the level of individual cables. The labeling and documentation ensure that issues can be swiftly resolved, leading to lower recurring costs.

We thoroughly prepare all systems in our assembly space. Where necessary, we assemble components and assign a unique ID to each device corresponding to the engineering. This prevents risky situations and ensures a concise and efficient installation process.

During the configuration, we ensure that all equipment is running on the latest firmware version, and we add unique passwords where possible for security. Once the system is fully online, our programmer ensures that all requirements are translated into a user-friendly interface.

Our team of technical specialists expertly connects all equipment, verifying that the settings align with our agreements. During a final on-site test, we determine if everything is functioning as expected.

Planned maintenance and monitored service extend the lifespan and reliability of the equipment. This is how we keep your system SOLID. We utilize a checklist tailored to the installed system, ensuring clear procedures. We operate based on an Experience Level Agreement, offering customized service on your system. Prioritizing user experience over process.
